Sweet aromas of partially candied and dried yellow fruits with herbal and floral nuances. Very sweet, ripe fruit again reminiscent of candied and dried notes, very fine acidity, some grip, persistent on the palate, with substance and depth, hints of ether, yellow spice, underlying minerality, and a long finish.
