Zweigelt Blanc de Noir is a white wine from the red Zweigelt grape. Since the dye is only in the skin of the grape, the juice was immediately separated from the mash, thus no dye or tannin entered the juice. Thus, bottled is a light wine from red grapes with an interesting new flavor. The wine is characterized by spicy to grassy aromas and has a unique tannic structure.
