This is a classic Grüner Veltliner: It is light yellow in colour, with fine streaks visible in the glass. The aroma is clear and fruity, with green apple and juicy pear taking centre stage and a subtle note of stone fruit.

On the palate, it is refreshing and juicy, with typical characteristics of the variety. Stone fruit dominates here too, complemented by a pleasant spiciness that is particularly characteristic of the Weinviertel region.

This is Christian's favourite of the new vintage: uncomplicated, lively and full of drinking pleasure.
