Clear yellow colour, fragrant, intense nose of marzipan, dried apple peel and stewed fruit. The fine ageing gives this Pinot Blanc a lot of melting and mouth-filling Burgundy style on the palate. Mild acidity and flavours of pickled nuts and quince with plenty of extract on the finish.
