Complex aromas of ripe pome fruit and a hint of white pepper. Partly aged in large oak barrels and partly in stainless steel, the wine is fresh, lively, and mineral on the palate with balanced acidity. Perfect with fish, poultry, or Asian cuisine – also enjoyable on its own.
