Decades ago, Grandfather Gmeinböck planted several vineyards in the Hirschbergen site with a diverse mix of varieties including Neuburger, Müller-Thurgau, Muskat Ottonel, Riesling, Welschriesling and Chardonnay. For our 10er Hirsch, the grapes are harvested together and vinified into a harmonious, multi-layered wine with playful fruit and spice. With just 10% alcohol by volume, it is a true lightweight and the perfect wine for warm summer days.
