Due to the partial ageing in 500-litre tonneau barrels, the wood provides the special smoothness of our Chardonnay Einzelstück. Furthermore, the combination of wooden barrel and steel tank allows the wine to develop particularly harmoniously and the flavours of the Chardonnay grape variety are preserved.
