Wittmann
The Johann Wittmann family business has been based in Poysbrunn since 1775. We are currently cultivating a vineyard of approx. 7 hectares, which is planted with 7 different varieties. In the vineyards, we strive to harvest high-quality grapes through short pruning and professional foliage work. In the cellar, the wines are aged dry in steel tanks.
Our goal is to bring varietal wines into the bottle that make you want to drink a second glass.
