Data protection

Privacy Policy
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data solely on the basis of legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy document, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website. By using these sites, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this privacy policy. If you do not wish to accept this privacy policy, do not share any personal information on this site.

Communication
If you contact us through a form on our website or by email, your data will be stored as long as it is needed for the purpose of processing the request and for potential subsequent questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

Storing data in the e-shop
Please note that in the interest of keeping the purchase process simple, as well as for the order to be processed by the e-shop administrator, we use and store the cookies and IP data of the client, as well as the name, address and bank card details of the buyer. In addition, these data will be stored during the processing of your request or order: all the data you input when ordering and data about the products you ordered. All of this data is required to conclude the sale contract and handle your request. Without this data we cannot conclude the sale contract with you. No transfer of data to a third party follows, with the exception of the transfer of payment information necessary to make the payment to the banking institute, the transfer of contact details necessary for the delivery of the goods to the shipping company, and sharing relevant information with our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations.

If the purchase process is interrupted, all stored data will be erased. In the event of purchase and concluding a contract, all data under the contract will be stored for the mandatory tax archiving period (7 years).

In addition, the name, address, purchased goods, and purchase date will be stored for the product warranty period (10 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96(3) of TKG, and Article 6(1)(a) (Consent) or (b) (Necessary for the performance of a contract) of GDPR.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96(3) of TKG, and Article 6 (1)(a) (Consent) or (f) (Legitimate Interests) of GDPR.
Within GDPR (Legitimate Interests), our interest is to improve our offer and website performance. Because we care about the privacy of our users, all data is anonymized.
